Was the rear diff from THE same vehicle or from another car?

Also, is this when cornering/turning slowly? IE plated rear diff set tight?

You sure that is a 752 PPG not 754?? If it is a 752, it is quite old and really ought to have a mod done to the casing bolts to try and hold it together. The case flexes on the early boxes and can cause problem with gear mesh etc etc.

Sounds like either the rear plated LSD diff is set too tight for road use OR the drop gears in the gearbox do not match the rear diff and you are experiencing transmission wind up, which will ultimately break the centre diff.

Either way it is not good.

Or of course, the rear diff may not be the one from the car that matched the diff ratio of the front diff. In which case transmission wind up again.

Needs looking at by someone who knows what they are doing:- soon.

been looking into this today an awaiting a reply as think it has been set up tight for a reason it dont do it in a straight line it dont jump or anythin goin straight so seems as though the ratios are correct an it did come out of a running car both the diff an box so is the same ratio (aparrently) so should be fine.

yes david it is on a 752 casing mod may have been carried out finding out today who built so no what has been done to gearbox an diff
