Default Oil leaking from driveshaft

Means 'expense' in my theory

what it means technically???
What will it affect??

Well, not leaking large amount, but the bottom of the centre driveshaft is a bit oily and wet....

what will happen if i drive it like that?

I had mine done the other day, the rear drive shaft...£170 from API.
Thought the front ones were leaking too but it turned out to be a turbo hose or something in that front area that was leaking....that was £170 as well. One job i could really do ....

that all depends on what is wrong with it doesnt it.

What side??? Drivers, Passanger??

Is it Gearbox oil or Engine oil... it wont be leaking oil from the drive shaft its self as thats filled with grease.

If its leaking drivers side i would thnk it will be the oil return pipe

Which driveshaft? which model?

If its a front one on the early models then you can replace the stub shaft and oil seal - shouldn't be too costly
