Flashing batt+handbrake on full lock

Default Flashing batt+handbrake on full lock
Hello, when I start my car and then turn the wheels or full lock the battrey and handbrake lights flash like strobes when its on full. Then after about 30seconds of driving if I turn full they dont flash. Anyone know why this is? Or whats the problem?

Loose drive belt possibly.
