Unhappy Clutch Slipping? (VID inc.)

I think my clutch is slipping...

Yesterday i noticed that in every gear when i start to accelerate the revs are increasing very fast to maximum and my speed is not increasing, as if i'm in neutral

Is this the sign that my clutch is on it's way out?

Here's a video i took last night...

Yep that sounds like clutch slip mate, the other thing it could be is a worn slave cylinder. Not sure if you can reach it (I have a front mount) if you can make sure there is some free play in it. What happens is fluid gets behind the piston and locks it allowing the clutch to slip. If it is undo the bleed nipple to release the pressure. I have Any Forrest to thank for that little bit of info
