Default Best Oil for 1995 WRX jdm Import.. Is it....

Is the correct oil mobil 1 , 15w-50?

Also when it comes to service, so you buy the oil and ask menchnic to put in, or let them order?

Its just had issues in past, how do you know whether they would putin the oil you provided?

Please advise

Thanks

Subaru recommend shell 10w40 semi synthetic across their turbo range, a 15w50 is normally a fully synthetic, and tbh, if you have alot of miles (60k+) on the car, starting with a fully synthetic (if its been run on semi synthetic all of its life) wont do anything.
