Default Fitting H&S Backbox

I am going to replace the standard my03 sti backbox with a Hayward & Scott 4.5" backbox.

Was wondering if this is a simple enough job to do, or is it worth taking it to a garage to have it fitted?

If anyone has got one, did it come with a new gasket, rubber grommets and fittings?

Cheers

Easy job to do about 30mins, drive the car up on the curb (N/S only) and you will have room to crawl underneath the car to get to the bolts, not sure if it comes with a gasket but you may be able to use the old one which i did the first time i changed the backbox
