Default vibration

hi can anyone help me when driving car down the parkway etc and coming to a round about and i change down the gears the whole car vibrates though the transmisson is this a problem or normal

my 2004 wrx does not do this

is the problem while actually using the clutch/changing down or is it once you are in gear and coasting to a stop?
what age/spec car have you got

its a 99my sti and its when i change down and as i am bringing my foot of the clutch is when it starts to vibrate

I had that on my old clutch, it was the same as clutch judder setting off

When the clutch went I had it changed and the bearing was knackered, not saying it was that but that was the most worn part.
