Iam 6 weeks into owning 99MY UK Turbo and covered 900 miles (sorry the mileage is so low but I had to go on holiday for 2 weeks, 5 days after getting the car). The car has been running like a dream and I have kept it below 4 grand all the time and done a fair mixture of driving. Yesterday morning though things felt a bit different.

1. The idle tick over felt a little lumpy
2. On pull away the clutch pedal feels like its vibrating and a little heavier and not very smooth on bite.
3.Out of gear standing you can also feel a slight vibration through the accelerator and brake!
Took the car to a dealer today who said it seemed fine to him, but I think you notice things more when its your own car. Anyway he plugged it in and said everything was OK.
Seems like a clutch problem to me. Can anyone help please.

Thanks in advance

John

My advice would be to get the 1k "free" service done, and then use the car a little more. The car does loosen up very nicely after a few K miles.

If the problem starts getting worse, then the dealer should fix it under warranty when it's more obvious to him what the problem is.
