Whenever I try to change from 2nd to 4th, it's like I'm trying to get into gear with the clutch not depressed fully (you know that horrible buzzing noise you hear when women change gears in their cars)

I've had this problem since new but as I never change from 2nd to 4th then I never bothered getting it sorted.

what's going on......
