Default Cusco rear lsd

I have a early wrx and been told it has a cusco rear diff fitted. When i pull out of a juction there is a clunking from the rear and it feels like the inside wheel is jumping,Is this right? Also i'am thinking of removing it and putting it up for sale, any ideas on what i should ask for it?
Many thanks Rob

Sounds like it is a plated lsd, and the noise/feel is normal.

The subaru viscous lsd's are silent and smooth.

A decent plated R160 diff will sell for £250/300, a plated R180 (bigger components) will be £450 as the rally boys run them.

If you fit the viscous diff you will probably need the OS driveshaft to suit this has an extension spline to link the vicuous element to the diff internally.
These are easy to get from Welcome to the API website

Best is to find someone to swop the diffs with.

Make sure you know the final drive ratio of course!

I've just been through all this lot!

Hi cheers for the info already got a viscous lsd and it has the longer shaft in already. So i will just swop the diff over and sell it.It would be great for my hillclimbing but an absolute bugger to drive normally. Thanks for the price i will put it up for sale on here.
Cheers
