Hi,
I have bog standard WRX 02 - with an intermittent / overpowering smell of petrol.

My local authorised agents in north Glasgow have taken 3 months to agree with me and state that I need a new fuel pressure regulator. Going by my previous, sometimes distressing, service experiences, I do not trust them to get this right.

My question is would I better upgrading fuel pump, are there any recommendations and are there any Subaru specialists within 50 miles of Glasgow?
