Default best oil for sti6 gearbox and diff?

I was wondering what oil people would recommend for the above gearbox as Im having trouble with a few sticky gearchanges.

Also for the rear diff as I may aswell do it all at once.

Cheers

Same in rear diff. Oilman on here sells the stuff, think its around £45 for 5L. 4L for the box and 1L for the diff.
You can also get the stuff from oilman on ebay (opie oils) or halfrauds if you're lucky.
