I've just changed mine to Motol 90PA LS in the rear diff and Silkolene Syn5 75w-90 in the gearbox. There are mixed opinions on the Silkolene - it's fully synthetic which is good, but some people have experienced it causing the gears to crunch slightly and found Castrol Driveline/Syntrax to help (although the castrol is only semi-synthetic).
From my experience the Silkolene is slightly better then the Castrol that I had in before, except when it's cold. The first minute or 2 of driving the gears can be very hard to get in until it's warmed through a little.

Call Alyn at AS Performance - Rally Motorsport Specialists and he will sell you the right Millers oils.
The dccd needs a different oil to the plated rear lsd.
He has just sorted out my needs for the same trans as the originator's above.
Arrow straight bloke and cracking sevice.
Graham.
