Default Engine rebuild but what solution..

Hi!

I wanna rebuild my engine and i don't know what is the best:

I want to get:
- high revs (8000+)
- a good throttle response (turbo should spool as early as possible)
- as much power as possible as much as the 6-gear stands without problems

i think the 2,33 will be the best choice?
2,5 too low revs much torque
2litre less torque enough revs

sure it will get aftermarket pistons and conrods.. the crank should stand the power i hope? how much does the 2,5/2,0 stand?

maybe there are other possible builds if yes please tell me and what I need for it!
should be as cheap as possible

Thanks for your help
Steve
