Trans Codes
Hi there
Don't know if anybody can help me. Here in Australia, my Foresters gearbox is shot and will cost me up to $4000 to rebuild. I am trying to take the cheaper option and put a similar year WRX one in as mods I have done to the car make it's output similar.
There are a couple of gear boxes I am interested in with the following trans codes:
TY752VN5BA
TY752VN6AA
However I cannot find any information on them most importantly final drive ratios.
Can anybody help me or point me in the right direction??
Cheers

The SPDA - Transmission Chart
That should help you.
We all use this in England to sort the transmission codes out.

I think this is the same chart I have got my information from, but as you can see both boxes I am interested in; TY752VN5BA &
TY752VN6AA are listed however there is no info about them, namely the final drive ratio.

I think they are the same ratio as the other UK boxes as they weren't changed.....but I could be wrong!
Shame you aren't from the UK, I have a TY752VN6AA and rear diff about to come up for sale from a UK MY99
Hope this helps
