Gearbox judder ???

Gearbox judder ???
I normally have the DCCD in open diff mode (toggle all the way back) when driving normally, but more recently ive noticed that when i move the toggle one or two dials up it really feels as if the car is beggining to drag and i even get a juddering from the drivetrain, i know that your not meant to drive it with the diffs locked but this is only one or two notches up is this normal or is there a problem as i swear it never used to do it before.

Anyone got any ideas ? Only seems to have happened in the last couple of months since my car was remapped to its current state of tune.
