i take it u have the wheel off so take the hub nut off its the centre one a 30 i think then take out the bolt holding the wish bone to the hub its a 14 you will have to pry the wish bone out of thehub with somthing its very stiff. when u get it out pull te ub away from the car and push the drive shaft through it. look at the inner part of the drive at the gear box twist the drive and u will see a hole theres a little pin in there pop it out and the drive wil come out. when u hav the drive out hold it in a vice or something and hit the cv joint very hard to knock it off the drive,, i dont think it can come off ad be re used so u will need a new one. if it wont come off ut it very carefully withan angle grindr make sure u dont damagethe driveshaft inside it though
32mm socket to undo the main drive shaft hub nut.
As kildare says for removing hub, only one bolt to take out of the bottom ball joint. Just be aware of the overall length of the brake hose when you pull the hub / strut back to get the driveshaft out
Much, much easier to remove the whole drive shaft from the car and do it on the bench. It can be done under the car but it's dark, you have to get your head under the wheel arch and sit on the floor to do it, bugger that.
Not all driveshafts are "pinned" to the gearbox, if you can see no pin then chances are it's just the lever off type, a short sharp jab with a pry bar in between the driveshaft and gearbox will unseat it and then you can slide it out. make sure you have a drip tray underneath unless you want gear oil all over the driveway

might be too late but i assume you know how to dismantle joint to fit new boot.
cut metal bands. pull back old boot. If you look inside cup theres is metal ring. pull this out with srewdriver. two halves should seperate. Next you need to remove cage from driveshaft just take off circlip on the end. take a note of which way round cage was fitted for reasembly. then take off old boot and put new one on. secure smallest side of boot with band. reasemble joint packing with grease. When fully assembled and full off grease before putting on large band you need to release any air trapped. do this by lifting edge of boot and squeeze boot untill grease starts to appear. Also use the correct metal bands as cable ties will just come off at high speed.
