What oil for a hard working gearbox?

Default What oil for a hard working gearbox?

I will be changing my gearbox oil shortly and am wondering if I should be putting in something other than the usual 75/90 Castrol Syntrans (correct name?) The box is having to cope with what I reckon is well over 300 lb ft following a remap yesterday (thanks Andy!) so is there something better that I should use?

Motul gear300 or Millers CRX75w90 would be our personal use/recomend....................
