Changing CWP from 4.44 to 3.9

Question Changing CWP from 4.44 to 3.9

need to change the 4.44 CWP to a 3.9 on a STi6 gearbox i've recently acquired, are the pinion shafts transferable from a v1 box to a v2 box?

Would love to help you Kev but all i have left from my gearbox medleing is an open front diff and a few selector forks, Pavlo has all the other spare bits!
