Remover starter motor and slave cylinder
Undo the plug on the side of the box (next to starter) with 10mm allen key.
Screw a 6mm bolt into clutch fork pivot pin
Remove pin
Lift clutch fork upwards to disengage from release bearing.
When putting it back together, i find it easier to assemble the release bearing, fork and pivot pin onto the gearbox whilst it is out.
Then put the box back on and do up all the bellhousing bolts.
Once it's all back together, push the top of the clutch fork arm towards the bulkhead - you will hear a click and feel that the release bearing has locked into the pressure plate
