TMIC Cooling Fan

I was thinking about mounting a small fan (300 CFM) below my TMIC to maybe reduce heat soak during stop and go traffic. Summer air temps here are 90+ deg F. Your opinions? Worthwhile or worthless? The fan is a Spal VA31-A101-46 A in pull configuration.

Search in Projects section for the topic. Was discussed in depth last Xmas time.
It's been done and not by many which might indicate its effectivity!
