engine mounts/gearbox mounts?
I have an annoying 'clunking' noise at low speeds- which seems to be coming from the engine bay.
If it is the engine/box mounts- is it a big job to replace them?

No, it is easy.
Need to undo usual bolts by the header/head flange and the nuts under the crossmember so 8 'screws' to do.
Jack the engine up gently on the sump until you can wriggle them out. It might be better to do one at a time and jack/tilt the one side of the engine while the other is in place to keep everything lined-up.
Are you doing the box mount as well?
Graham.

If this interfered with raising the engine, then iirc the one end bracket (bulkhead?) is slotted to allow for manufacturing position tolerances; you could (awkwardly) slacken off the link bolts to allow the link to slide in the slot rather than remove the TMIC which I think Brad has.

well; I had the wheel bearing and hub done today- and the mystery noises have gone,
odd- as it really did sound like it was from the main engine bay when driving.
