Unfortunatly the bailey's are not very loud, I had one on my Pulsar, took it off and fitted a forge jobby, one of my mates also has a bailey one on his golf and that sounds quiet to, if you want to get noticed send the bailey back and get a HKS SSQV BOV, very loud and sounds cool as f##k.

They are also easy to fit, I av one on STI.

just received this -
Hi Barry
In that case, don't worry - the DV36 IS loud, and a lot louder than the
other Bailey Valve DV26 and the Forge products.
so maybe i havent bought the wrong one after all!! will get it fitted tonight and let you all know

Ignore them all Baz, old farts who think everyone with a dump valve is a chav. There really is a lot of arseholes on here, now make sure you tow their line or thats it!!!!

lol!! i kinda gathered it was a case of oh look, heres a newbie lets wind him up as much as poss!!!
the old farts bring good knowledge, although i prob think things have changed since the 60's!!!
think we should arrange a good ol track night so us "chavs" with our dump valves can show you old timers how to drive

You said it, all youll get on here is abuse if you mention a dump valve. If you want information about how to change your oil, and spend four hours doing it, your in the right place!

Right if VTA BOV's are such a bad thing why do HKS one of the best Jap performance companies make tham for WRX's, why do Forge and bailey also make them.
If you dont want to fit one to your motor fair enough, I happen to think they sound smart as f##k like lots of other people, we all know they dont offer any performance gains, so instead of giving people ****e every time they ask about these, just dont bother posting in the thread if you think they are immature.
Heres a link for the old timers and dump valve haters!!!!!!!!!!!!!
