Default Boost level for TD05H

I have installed a standard TD05H into MY96. I am using an AVC-R to tune the boost level. Can anyone provide a standard and safe boost level per 500rpm?

You'll bust the pistons above 1.1 bar continuous. A peak of 1.2 will be Ok but more than that I think will cause you grief.

You can't run more than that on the factory ecu in any case unless you use a fcd.
The MY96 UK cars came with a TD05 as std. You have a Wagon though ?

Thanks everyone.

Yes, mine is a JDM GF8. I just replaced the TD04 with a TD05H.

If I keep as the standard with 0.9 bar, what should be the rolloff at high rpm?

It probably won't roll off much at the top with the 05. You need to monitor fuelling and det to make sure its all safe, there shouldn't be a problem with 0.9, but i would make the necessary checks to be sure.

Cheers
