Full decat exhaust on a 2005 WRX
I *may* be getting a WRX in the next month or so and one of the first things I would want to do to it is get a full decat exhaust system.
Do they have a fix for the light that comes on the dash board alerting you about emissions (CEL ?)
Is this something that any competent Subaru specialist can take care of?
Also, it will be sometime before I can get it remapped, is it ok running a decat on a std ECU?
Cheers

Mmm not worth decatting if you aren't going to remap - you only get about 5bhp and they are prone to boost spiking...
I'd buy the exhaust bits, but not fit them until I could afford the remap.
If you want to decat for the noise then get a Blitz Nur Spec R exhaust and leave the cats in place.
