Default Non-Starter Following Apexi Power FC Removal

Bit baffled here...

Andy fitted a Power FC to my MY98 around six months ago. I've gone to remove it today, swapped cam/crank sensor wires back over and the car won't start for love nor money.

All other mods bar the Walbro are off although i don't think this should have a bearing as the car was running the Walbro before the Power FC went in.

I remember Andy saying something about the fuel pump relay although i don't think he actually did anything with it (can't be positive though). Something like the wire had to be swapped into a different port if i wanted to retain the facility for it to be isolated when the car is imobilised. Seeing as i live in the sticks i think we bypassed that option and left it as was.

Wierd thing is i can refit the Apexi, swap the cam/crank wires back over and it starts/idles.

Does anyone have any ideas or even a wiring diagram for a MY98 UK. The ECU i'm refitting is a MY98 PPP one. I've got the battery disconnected at the moment to see if that'll help at all - clutching at straws...

Carl,

Has the 98 PPP ecu run in your car before now?

Could it be an immobiliser problem? - Keys need reprogramming by a dealer?

Just a thought

Richard, the PPP ECU was in my car from day one and it is the original one going back in. The alaram is chirping every now and then when i try to start but i think this is more to do with me turning the thing over for ages at a time...

Can you hear the fuel pump priming the system when you turn the ignition on?

Not at the moment. I've been informed a pin has to be moved when the PFC is fitted. Just trying to figure out where it has to go when refitting...
