Default knock link showing a fair bit of knock

i have a 2.5 with a fair bit of modifications and after i went for a blast of high speed driving the knock link was showing a lot more than it has done

i have had a engine failure b4 were the ends went and i know the symptons of that a rattle that gets quickly worse and there is none of that i had to drive the car home app. 100 miles more gently of course and even though i have not got a trained ear there is no unusal noise and it has not got any worse

also i have noticed my air fuel ratio meter is showing it is running a lot richer

b4 it gets put into the garage any ideas

Unplug the maf and try to start it, if it does then thats the problem, with it plugged back in then it should still not start.
