Rebuild of gearbox what fifth gear ratio
Third gear has gone bang and i'm getting the box rebuilt. It's a TY752VB3CA but was wondering if i could get a taller fifth gear fitted?
If i can what do i have to tell the gearbox people.

Not sure what car you have, but if its a JDM Classic with short ratios then you can fit a UK 5th. I've done that with mine and it went from 4k at 80mph to about 3.2k at 80mph. Might not sound much but helps with crusing and doesn't hurt acceleration that much.
