Question Scoobyclinics 'ScoobyECUs'

What are these ScoobyECU's they have advertised on the Scoobyclininc site for £380? They list them for MY93-97 cars then have the Ecutek remaps for MY99-. Do they not work on MY98's? I have an MY98 with full decat and filter and was looking to add a bit more power and a thread on here suggested Scoobyclinic. Was previuosly looking at Power Engineering's Power Pack upgrade?

the 97-98 chips they do are not scoobyecus, they are Chiptorque boards from Oz, but they can acheive the same thing. THey are more expensive though, and i think there are better ways on that age of car. For about the same money that PE charge on a 98 car, you could have a powerfc fitted and mapped.
