I've recently put a H&S full de-cat system with uprated fuel pump and Pat mapped programable ecu on my 97 STi RA. Any suggestions as what I would do next for a bit more power?

not forgetting injectors, 2.5 block, 6 speed box LOL
I'd concentrate on the induction next, get it breathing as well as poss before looking further. As in uprated panel filter, ported or aftermarket headers etc.
i'd also get some monitoring devices for AFR and det too.
