Perrin Turbo Inlet Pipe WRX/STI > v3 Sti
Perrin Turbo Inlet Pipe WRX/STI to fit New Age WRX/STI cost at present approx £121.253 direct from Perrin with current exchange rate (of course you gotta add shipping and import tax)..
This clearly is a hell of a lot cheaper than the samco / MRT items currently available.
Question is what would be the problems involved in fitting this pipe to a '97 JDM Sti - could it be done??

I don't think it will fit for a couple of reasons.
1. The MY01->on manifold does not obscure the turbo inlet as much as the 97/98 manifold, consequently there isn't as large a (if any) doglet where the inlet pipe fits the compressor cover.
2. I believe it will be too short.

Robin,
Have you had a result yet with your perrin turbo inlet pipe reason being I have been looking for one myself after talking with andy f and I just cant be bothered to take the inlet manifold off to fit an mrt item, you dont have to with the perrin item plus I belive it is cheaper.
cheers gussy

I got mine from Scoobytuner.com.
The hardest thing about fitting it was removing the old one.
I have a spare one pm for details
