Default GC/F 8 MAF Size STI/WRX

As the Title says, are there any differences in size? I heard that the JDM STI Maf Sensor is bigger then the UK WRX ones?
Does anyone have the exact size present? 76mm/80mm/90mm??

That would be great! I was looking for the size of the GC8 E-Type (Version IV). I think it is 80mm but I am not sure.
However I have no idea how big the WRX one is? Maybe 75mm?

Would be great if someone could confirm.

Hi Sing, I think your right...I measured mine a while ago, cant remember exact figure now. But you're right the JDM STI is a larger diameter; am not sure if the STI's prior to vers 4 had them. But the v4 deffo has.
Also I dont know if all, but I am presuming (dangerous i know ), that all the 280 ps WRX's have them as well. My '97 wrx is the 280 ps version and has the STi 4 MAF.
Hope this helps.

Hey guys, thanks a million for those good informations!!
@StickyMicky - Great Pics!!! They help heaps!!!

I was asking as I am wondering if I would be able to fit JDM Parts such as Cold Air Intake, Filter, Inlet Pipe, Zero Sports Pipe from MAF to Inlet Pipe etc.

The definitiv answer now is NO! I need a bigger MAF ; ) means more air for my EJ20K - I think it looks forward to it : ))

Hey guys, I was able to mesure 2 yesterday. The GDB`s MAF is only 76mm. The GC8 STI Version`s MAF is 90mm. The WRX ones are smaller but only a bit. So they might be 80mm or maybe also the 76mm...
