Default 1999 uk turbo PPP & exhaust options

Does the PPP (on my99) remove any of the cats?, I ask as I'm looking at exhaust options and don't want a fully decated system. Will I see any change replacing the prodrive back box ? or should I focus on the downpipe and centre section.
Any comments welcome.

PPP removes the centre cat, the downpipe cat is retained.
