sorry to be a pain wana no what a resonated centre pipe is /does ect, i have a magnex decat and an prodrive rear box but want more noise ,will removing resonated box and putting a straight pipe in give me a louder deeper tone or will i need a new rear box as well, i have a classic wrx . cheers richie.

 

Removing the resonated box will give you a slightly louder and deeper throb but your real noise restriction is the Prodrive BB. A good step up in noise would the the Scoobyworld Ninja BB. I love mine but it ain't mad like a HKS or similar

A resonated pipe basicly is quieter than than a straight through pipe as is has crap inside it similar to a backbox

The crap will make the exhaust quieter and i'm guessing the gas flow is possibly more restricted but not so you'd notice The resonated also cost more .........
