does the main propshaft slide out of the gearbox
as per title really
does the propshaft slide out the back of the box or is it fixed in in anyway.
Pulling an engine and box this morning so a quick answer would be very handy

yes, it does although i have come across some that have "welded" themselves on the splines and are a pain.....................
