Hi Guys

Where can I get a new MAF sensor for MY00 from. Are they genuine Subaru parts? How much am I looking at and are they easy to fit?

Right, i had this problem, went to Subaru first and asked for the Air flow meter, which includes the plastic housing too, £200 approx they wanted!
Went to a breakers and got one for £100. Good deal i thought, it went again so i went to Subaru again and asked if it was possible to get just the MAF sensor, they said 'that'll be £78 please sir!' Bloody bargain!!!

2 minute job to fit just need the torque screw fitment with the hole in!!!!

Hope this helps!!!

They didn't have any in stock and it took more than a week to get mine in

Finally picked it up on Friday - £77.19 inc.VAT - 10% SIDC discount = £69.47

The part# of MY99/00 cars is 2279AA010

You'll need a security torx bit to remove the old one - sorry, don't know the size.
