Rear Diff. Oil Capacity

Got a R160 diff with LSD, ratio 4.44, what is the oil capacity for the diff, rumor has it you have to get the nose down and tail up to get it all in the diff. Is .8Ltr the suggested capacity

About 0.8 if you can get all of it out. Or on level ground, it is perpendicular to the lip of the top bolt.
