Whistling noise
A friends just popped his my97 uk scoob round for a listen????
When you accelerate and you hit boost you can hear a slight whistling noise??then the recirc valve on throttle off,,,,
Not being an expert on these cars i dont think its a problem but he reckons since hes put the intercooler hose kit and panel filter he never heard them before???
Ive checked the hose clips and air box seating and all seems fine....
Can anyone suggest anything or is it the norm ????
To me its the turbo spooling up and the recirc valve doing what it does lol...
Perhaps its all flowing and breathing better now ?????????

Probably the difference is from the new hose kit - I cleaned out my standard intercooler Y piece [ there was quite a bit of gunk in there ] and have noticed it sounds different now.
