Default New lambda sensor

I think I need a new lambda sensor. Could anyone tell me the best place to get one?

Cheap but still good

Try Halfrauds and see if they have any of the Hotwires LRC100 lambda/oxygen sensors in stock (you might need to slap or shake an employee several times before they stop using the blank stare). Less than £20 and works fine

Alright Dave..

Is the wiring the same? Does it just plug in?

I’m getting really bad juddering at 4000 revs on mid throttle. From reading some other threads it’s going to be the Lambda.

You'll need to splice the wiring in, it's dead easy. What year is your car (97?)

Check with *Sonic* on the wiring side as it's different to the early cars, I think yours may be 4 wire whereas the older cars are 3, but it's still straightforward (just clip the plug off your old sensor, wire it to your new sensor and plug back in)

Yes it is a 97.. I’ll go and have a look and see if they’ve got any.

Do you know if there is a direct replacement?
