Anyone with the twin scroll turbo care to say at what rpm it starts to spool up??

The torque curve in the '05 JDM brochure shows almost max torque at 2,500 rpm

 

I have about zero at 3k, boot it at this point and the boost builds very rapidly.

Depends at what revs and throttle you start, in 4th gear starting at 1800 rpm with foot to the floor I start to get boost immediately and achieve 1 bar at 2700 rpm, too early actually, boost doesn't start at any particular rpm point, it vary's according to how you are driving. My peak torque arrives at 3500, but it is 370 ft lbs at 1.55 bar boost.
