I fitted the new design Cam belt tensioner whilst having a belt change, in order to fix the knocking/tapping from cold as the tensioner re-primes.

The new design tensioner has fixed this problem, but the jockey wheel/bearing on the new one in v.noisey.

We tried swapping the old wheel over but it is a different size/fit.

Does anyone therefore have a new/revised tensioner where the tensioner has failed, I could get the wheel/bearing off.

I bought my tensioner new off Ebay (box was labeel with a Derby Subaru Dealer sticker), so cannot take it back to my local dealer.

Yeh I know where to get a new one, but don't really want to splash out for another, having just bought one.

Hence am on the scrounge for any spare jockey wheels/bearings that are kicking about.
