Post Magnex Down Pipe....any good?

I have just bought a Blitz Nur Spec Exhaust system for MY98...

I am looking to buy a down pipe, and was thinking of a Magnex down pipe..

SO....

Any reson why i should not purchase a Magnex Down Pipe?

Personally, with good free flowing 3" exhaust like that I would go with a 3" H&S downpipe.
