Default Multiplugs leading to nowhere.

I have just bought my 1.8 AWD GL 1995 "M" plate with 100K.

It seems to have a bit of a flat spot about 3ish K - and upon closer inspection there is a few plugs going to nothing.

There is one by the air filter here

And then a couple by the alt - the one i am holding and a wire coming off the block (sender of some sort) that goes to nothing.

Any ideas.

Not sure aboutr the first one , but the one next to the alternator is for AC pump/compressor.

Quite normal to have spare plugs.

The flat spot is more likely to do with airlow meter (MAF),lambda sensor, plugs, throttle body needs cleaning or TPS (throttle position switch).
sorry to be so vague.
