as far as I know ..... you have a longer downpipe on your jap import bugeye than a uk spec car

the hks hiper is designed to fit a jap spec car so you will not need any link pipe to attach to you std downpipe

if you want to change you downpipe you will need one the same size as yours. I went for the TSL sports cat ( I have seen far to many Police spot checks in my area) do not go for a std bugeye downpipe as these are to short

I am sure the classic cars use the longer downpipes, so all you will need is a downpipe for a classic , You will have to make sure about this as I am not 100%

one more thing, the hks hiper is a 3 inch exhaust where as most downpipes are 2.5 inch ( like the std one)

they will both fit but if you are after bigger power go for a 3 inch downpipe

I would ask hope some one with a bit more know how agree's with me before you buy any thing.... ( i think Im right )

full de cat- as sti's and classics don't have a up pipe I think they mean get rid of all the cats

If I was you I would get rid as I ve heard stories about the cat in the up pipe getting too hot when used with a de cat dp and ecu tek, the cat then breaks up and goes through the turbo. Im not sure if this is a scooby net myth or fact but I didn't take the risk

the hiper is some peice of kit, I love mine
