I have just bought one of the above for MY00 turbo.
Will it be safe to just plug in and go???
Will I get the full benefit??
If I need anything else what is it and where do I get it from??
I bought the Type S cause I didnt want to spend any more money on other things like knocklinks and FCD's.

Craige, I think I have the same unit on my Sti v3.
Had it fitted by Power Engineering about 2 1/2 years ago to cure really bad fuel cut/over boost.
It has been perfect, never missed a beat, no engine probs at all.

the fitting is a bit cut and shut in the ipes, I ask you to call Wayne at PE to give help.
I think the instructions are quite good as i recall, PE have their own english version. They may fax one to you?

No!. PE fitted mine to the slot above the radio, remember mine is a MY97 so old dash layout.
