Default Standard Boost pressures?

Hi all

I have a MY95 Legeacy Turbo. Just fitted a boost gauge to it and i got the following: 5 PSI at low boost, 11 PSI hard acceleration, Peak 14 PSI.

Does this sound right for a standard car with just a decat exhaust?

Thanks
