Default What size fuel pump?

Hi.
Im preparing to get my MY01 import tuned by ECU-TEC.
Ive now got most of the hardware in place, a turbo back HKS system, Blitz SUS induction, and some monitoring kit (knock link, boost guage)
I have been told that with an uprated fuel pump I can expect to get about 280bhp. Can anyone tell me what flow/ pressure requirement I need my fuel pump to be.
I could just get TSL to fit one when I go up there, but Id rather do it my self, sure it eill work out cheaper!

Thanks, Rob.

Not sure about fuel pressures...
But for fuel flow, most people (me incuded) seem to opt for a 255/lph pump.
