Default Quickshift

A mate has a March MY95 WRX NON STI Import and has been told the B/M Quickshift is not suitable and no longer available for this car as it has caused problem's with jumping out of 3/5. Is there another type available which is okay ?

I had one fitted to MY94 WRX import. Ended up having to change the bottom linkage. As the B&M that was designed for my car didnt fit. Cost £10 for a second hand linkage. It was well orth the hassle
