Unhappy oil coming from turbo

i have got oil coming out of the pipe which connects the turbo to the intercooler. i had it before when i over filled the oil, but now the oil is at the right mark. i cleaned all the oil out of the intercooler when it happened. but it is still coming out. could this be oil still in the system or something else. i have a my99.

You mean an oil film has appeared again ? thats sort of "normal" for most cars, if its heavuily contaminated its usually entering thro' the crank and head breathers.

What boost are you running ? It's not unusual for the breather system to pass oil mist into the turbo suction pipe when the flow rate is increased.
The breathers can be modified to overcome this.

i fitted a boost gauge the other day. i was boosting at about 16 psi. i have a full de cat. but know it has dropped to about 14 psi. i think this is due to the oil getting into the boost soliniod. i might get a set of samco hoses for the intercooler because when i removed the intercooler i damaged the end of the pipe and the i will do a oil change and not fill it up to much this time. well thats if i can find somewhere to get some castrol rs from.

how can the breathers be modified and how much are they?

You should be ok at that boost on a std turbo, it tends to be at 19 psi+ that the breather system starts to struggle.
