Unhappy Steering Problem - help please

My 97 uk steering feels odd , when i reverse and have the wheels on full lock they seem to drag , also when driving the steering seems light and will follow the camber of the road, somtimes also i get drift when changing lanes, and i feel i am constantly correcting my steering?

I have had the tracking checked at Bill Press on there Wheel alignment machine and he says there is nothing wrong with my wheels they r fine? so now i am stumped and worried. Driving on Motorways is fine because of the flat smooth road, but roads around town are terrible, if there is a bit of a left camber to the road my car will pull towards it......

Help a worried scooby dude

Different breads of tyre will react different on the variable road surfaces we have over here, What you are experiencing is called Tramming, Car folloews very little ripple & grove, The other whilst reversing is becasue camber is increased on hard lock & does give a sort of dragging effect in reverse. Try a little more tyre pressure & a different bread of tyre when they wear out .. Otherwise Enjoy your Car..
You have had the obvious checked so all should be fine
